Indoor Lighting, Commercial
Commercial indoor lighting is the basis of many commercial and industrial companies across the United Kingdom. This kind of indoor lighting focuses on speciality illumination to cover large areas with energy efficient, clean, bright light. In commercial indoor applications cold cathodes are often used, these are lights that operate at an ambient temprature and do not contribute to the heat of the building as much as a tradtional cathode lamp.
In commercial indoor lighting much effort is put into designing bespoke, mass produced fixtures and fittings for use on a large scale that can often recess lights or hide them away so they can focus as lighting that is mounted into the floor or walls but does not take up space. Emergency lighting is also an important consideration on a commercial indoor lighting scale. Since when working with commercial indoor lighting you are illuminating a workplace and you also require those using your installation to be comfortable ergonomics is a primary consideration, this allows the environment to be maximised for human use.
Obviously these structures are often vast in size and scale so will contain many hundreds, if not thousands of individual lights. This will require some form of control system and very complex internal wiring that also has to be accessible for repair, and these control systems vary in shape, size and price by quite a wide margin so it is worthwhile investigating exactly which one suits your commercial indoor needs before purchasing.
